I have been Cooking and Writing for years. After all 5 of our kids grew up and stepped out into the World on their own, I realized I needed to start cooking for 2 instead of 7. My husband and I downsized from a large house in Suburbia to a small urban loft lifestyle. It is here that I create Gourmet Food for My Man and am learning how to keep it Spicy in and outside the Kitchen.
